Vik and Skogafoss - Iceland photographer // Heiðdís & Styrmir

One really positive thing about online social networking in the photography world is being able to connect with awesome people that we wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to meet when we travel.

We first got to know Heiðdís and Styrmir after commenting on each other’s photos on the old days of Flickr and even though we’re not active on there these days, we’ve still remained in contact over the years.

When we met for the first time on a cold and cloudy Reykjavik morning, it felt like we all already knew one another and even 6 hours on the road flew by too quickly!
