Wedding in Andalusia

Wow, where does the time go?! The last wedding we posted was a wedding in Copenhagen which was some time ago! 2022 was a crazy-busy year both professionally and in general with family life and it’s looking like 2023 is going to be even more jam-packed with weddings and travel.

We’ve been dying to share this incredible destination wedding in Andalusia for a while now and stoked that we finally can. Opi and Joy are two very beautiful souls that also happen to be two very talented creatives based in Spain. Opi runs the amazing Open The Door Events wedding event design team and Joy is a talented photographer and educator.
Being asked to document their wedding in Andalusia was a true honour and an unforgettable experience.

The pre-wedding party took place on a laid back evening at Tambor Del Llano and was a celebration of family and friends as well as paying homage to Opi’s Indian heritage and traditions. It was a night of good food, good music and a top notch party! Just when we thought things couldn’t get anymore awesome, along came day 2 of this beautiful wedding in Andalusia!

The next day was jam-packed from beginning to end. Opi and Joy celebrated their marriage with an emotional ceremony conducted by their friend, Ana and readings from their friends and family. Being there at Tambor Del LLano, surrounded by the beautiful views and nature was truly special. Evening celebrations continued with dining under the starts surrounded by mountains and incredible cuisine. After some speeches, the real party began and boy was it a party to remember!

Solid beats had everyone bouncing until the early hours of the morning with a line-up of incredible DJ’s.
