Hi, I’m Dylan — a Scotland wedding and elopement photographer inspired by light, connection, and real storytelling.
For over 15 years, I’ve had the honour of capturing more than 500 weddings and elopements across Scotland’s wild, romantic landscapes and in the beautiful corners of Europe and the rest of the world.
My journey with photography started about 17 years ago when I was living in Australia. That’s where I fell in love with taking pictures of people and their stories. It’s also where I met the love of my life, Joanna. We got engaged just three months after meeting, and not long after we took a leap and moved to Scotland together in 2011. Everything happened fast, but as they say, sometimes you just know when you know!
Photography and videography have become a huge part of our daily lives. When I’m out taking pictures, Joanna is busy working on the editing and post-production side of things. Meanwhile, our two little boys, Bruno and Gustav, keep us on our toes with their energetic and adventurous spirits – they bring a mix of excitement, chaos, and new perspectives into our world.
To me there is nothing more fulfilling than capturing the essence of the wedding or elopement day and how it all really felt. My style is a culmination of my passion for cinema, nature and fine art photography and my goal is to provide an amazing experience for my couples.

With over 500 weddings photographed throughout the last 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of documenting real stories across Scotland and throughout the rest of the world.
